Sleddogs
Not only as a wildlife photographer but also as a horse and dog man I was always attracted by events which demonstrate the cooperation between men and their animals which is, in many cases, based on love, trust and patience of both animal and owner .I had not realised that Germany has many high class mushers who work and race their teams of beautiful Huskies and Malamutes at several events. The Harz Mountains of Lower Saxony where the location of the races featured below.
