USA Northwest
The Pacific Northwest of the USA is not as well known to the European traveller as e.g. Florida or California. Yet it is a world of wonders; between the spectacular coastline and the deserts in the east mountains as the mighty Mt.Hood are part of the Cascade range. Everywhere you find remains of the Oregon Trail which lead the early settlers in their new homeland. Today Oregon still is Cowboy country and exploring Oregon's natural treasures on horse back becomes more and more popular. In early summer there are various rodeos which thrill the visitor with the performance of professional bull riders or the art of working cattle the old way.
